How a tunnel is constructed:

- Start with the acrylic sheet....
- Choose the right sized former for the tunnel....
- Once it has been removed from the oven the panel cools and stays in shape....
- Then its polished and packaged for transport....
- The panels are then assembled on-site and bonded to the walls and each other....
- Once all panels are installed they are highly polished....
- Completed tunnel !!!
